Cancellation/Refund Policy for Order Difference

• You can cancel an order only if it has been inactive for more than 24 hours.
• If an order is less than 24 hours old, you may request to restart or speed it up.
• If an order is partially completed and cannot be continued, we will refund the difference.

Refund Policy

• Top-ups cannot be withdrawn. No refunds once payment is completed.
• You agree not to file payment disputes after topping up.
• Fraudulent activity will result in account termination and legal action.
• If an order cannot be processed, we will refund the amount to your bulksmmexporter.in balance.
• Completed orders cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
